Mederi Caretenders is a Medicare-Certified, JACHO accredited home health agency specializing in a number of services. We work in conjunction with your physician to develop a plan of treatment that covers: Recover, Rehabilitation, Disease Management, and or a Coordination of Complex Medical Issues. We emplyoee a great clinical team that includes Skilled Nursing, Physical Therapist, Occupation Therapist, Speech Therapist, Medical Social Workers and Home Health Aides. We look beyond the obvious to help those in need relize their fullest potiential. It is our mission to support your physical and emotional well bing; to provide excellent care, support and educate you and your family; and to help you retain your independence wherever you call home.
