Spring Yoga at Pee-Pa's with Supervised ARTS & CRAFTS KIDS' ZONE! Join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating yoga session at Pee-Pa's Garage Craft Brewery. Come unwind, stretch, and connect with other yogis in the community on the Second Sunday of the month at 11:00 AM. No experience necessary, just bring your yoga mat, an open heart, and meet us at Pee-Pa's! Spring classes take place on: ??March 9th ?? April 13th ?? May 11th (Mother's Day!) ?? Our experienced yoga instructor Rissa Wray will guide you through a series of poses that will help improve flexibility, balance, and overall well-being. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, this session is suitable for all levels. Located at Pee-Pa's Garage Craft Brewery, you'll enjoy the laid back vibe and the positive energy that surrounds this unique venue. After the yoga session, feel free to explore the brewery and indulge in their delicious selection of handcrafted beers, housemade hard seltzer, iced tea, AND delicious food from their Wood Shed Grill! Don't forget to bring your own yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing. Prepare to leave the event feeling refreshed, revitalized, and ready to take on the world! ??Rissa Wray will be leading yoga class from 11:00am-12:00pm with her signature blend of Indian Hatha Yoga, Thai Yoga, and Mindful Mobility ?? ??Class will most likely take place indoors since the weather is already heating up ?? After class, there are many games available inside the brewery and out on the back lawn as well!
