Looking for a fun, easy way to boost your health and meet new people? Walk with a Doc is a free community walking program open to all ages and fitness levels.
Walk at Your Own PaceWhether you’re a power walker or just starting out, you can walk at a pace and distance that feels right for you. Walking is one of the best ways to support both your physical and mental well-being!
The event begins with a brief health talk by our lead physician. You’ll also have the chance to ask questions and chat during the walk.
Connect with OthersSocial connection is key to staying healthy. Bring a friend—or make a new one, as you walk and talk with others in your community.
