Walk with a Doc

Looking for a fun, easy way to boost your health and meet new people? Walk with a Doc is a free community walking program open to all ages and fitness levels. This walk will be lead by Dr. Nathan Lea from West Chiropractic, who will share helpful insights on a current health topic before we hit the trail.

Whether you’re a power walker or just starting out, you can walk at a pace and distance that feels right for you. Walking is one of the best ways to support both your physical and mental well-being!

The event begins with a brief health talk by Dr. Lea. You’ll also have the chance to ask questions and chat with him during the walk.
