One of Florida's most artistic towns, Gulfport, has a picturesque waterfront arts festival every winter. The Gulfport Fine Arts Festival hosts a select group of juried artists from across the country along Gulfport's waterfront. Nestled against the waters of Boca Ciega Bay, a park where a historic hotel once sat is home to artists for two days.
