Robert L. Lewis, Florida Highwaymen artist, preserving Florida through art.
Presented by the Pinellas Park Art Society, Saturday, November 17, 2012, from 10am to 4pm, Park Station, 5851 Park Boulevard, Pinellas Park. A quietly creative and versatile artist from the group known as The Highwaymen, Robert L. Lewis will be demonstrating his painting techniques, discussing his work and featuring works for sale. His paintings preserve a part of Florida’s history, featuring landscape, coastal and interior scenes.
Mr. Lewis has generously donated one of his paintings, Payne’s Prairie, to be given away by raffle drawing during this event, for the benefit of the Pinellas Park Art Society, Scholarship Program, a non-profit organization. Purchase raffle tickets at Park Station any Tuesday or Saturday, or call 727-204-4256, for a chance to win this original Robert L. Lewis painting. Need not be present to win.
Come meet a living legend of The Highwaymen tradition and learn about Florida’s art history.
Food and beverage will be available for purchase by Roe’s Deli, located inside Park Station.
