Events Committee Meeting

Special Notice Regarding May 06th Events & Celebrations Meeting to be held at 11.45 AM in Park Station, Room #101:

A shift in personnel and schedules underpins the importance of this meeting.

The new Events & Celebrations Chair, Nancy Hodges, will be introducing herself to the committee and will be offering suggestions as to a Co-Chair. In addition, approaching deadlines regarding planned events provides compelling reasons for a serious gathering.

All members of this committee, and those others considering participation, are encouraged to attend this important meeting. Aware of the inconvenience of a mid-day meeting, the Chair has offered to provide lunch.

An RSVP is required to participate and enjoy the lunch, so please contact Donna Lofgren or Julie Roberts at 727.544.4777 to register for the event. You many also register online, should you choose to do so. Deadline for registry is 3.00 PM Monday, May 05th.
