Man of the Year Award - Anthony Menna

Anthony Menna is a true American success story and a staple to the economy in the Tampa Bay area. Growing up, he worked in the family business: a nine room hotel in Clearwater. As the business grew to include multiple hotels, Anthony gained valuaaaaable knowledge in the acquisition, renovation and the day to day operations of hotel properties which has become the foundation of how he develops and manages all his properties.

Today, as President and founder of Menna Development & Management, or MDM, Anthony has been directly involved with the acquisition, financing, design and turnkey development of more then 30 hotels and properties throughout Tampa Bay.

With Anthony at the helm, MDM has become a leader in the hotel development and management industry on the West Coast of Florida. MDM has received numerous national awards as well as recognized by many local and regional bodies, including local Chambers of Commerce.

Anthony is currently the principle owner/partner in multiple lodging facilities. This includes this wonderful property we are on this evening, the St. Petersburg Marriott Pinellas Park.
